Why did you build my site without asking?
A finished site is easier to judge than a sales pitch. You see the real thing first, and you only pay if you keep it.
Where did you get my information?
From what’s already public about your business: your own website, and public records such as a license board where one applies. Your Google reviews are shown live, exactly as written. Nothing is made up, and you approve anything we couldn’t confirm before the site goes live.
I’m not interested. Do I need to do anything?
No. The preview stays private. If you’d like it gone, remove it in one click, and we never contact you again.
What if something on it is wrong?
Tell us by text or email, or in your owner portal, and we fix it. Before launch, you confirm the details that matter.
Can I keep my domain?
Use the domain you have now, or a new one. Either way it’s yours, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
What if I want to stop?
Tell us by text, email or in your portal. Your site stays up until the end of the month you’ve paid for, there’s no fee to leave, and your domain and a copy of your site are yours to keep.
Is the preview really private?
Only someone with the link can open it, and it’s marked concept by Localkept until you decide.
